Comments that sit on the frame, not in an email body

The client clicks once, watches in the browser and marks the exact second. The comment lands in the editor's task list with its timecode, and nobody retypes it.

Frame-level accuracy

The player runs at the source frame rate, 23.976 and 29.97 included. The timecode a comment carries is exactly what the editor sees in the edit suite, not a guess at the nearest second.

Version compare

Every upload is a new version of the same asset. Put two versions side by side, lock the time between them and see what moved. A previous version's comments stay where they were, marked resolved.

From comment to task

Any comment opens into a task with an owner and a due date. The item's status shows how many comments are still open, so nobody counts by hand before sending the next cut.

Questions that keep coming up

Does the client have to install anything
No. The link opens in a browser, phones included. No extension, no app, and no download of the master file.
What about heavy files
We build a light preview rendition and never touch the master. The master stays available to download for anyone allowed to.
Can a comment carry a file
Yes. A reference image, a document or a screenshot attaches to the comment and stays with it when it becomes a task.
